Sivuyise Kibido is a 26-year-old performer, singer and song writer born and raised in the Eastern Cape where she discovered her love, obsession, and passion for the arts. From a very young age, acting and singing in front of the cattle pretending they are her audience, watching something on tv with her friends only to go and re-enact it or create their own stories. She attended her high school at the Lady Grey Arts Academy where she was awarded the best female actress award in her final year, she was also chosen to be one of the school’s ambassadors and was part of the school’s touring performance group. 

In 2015 she moved to Johannesburg where she attended at City Varsity: School of media and performing arts. In 2017 she was awarded best actress by the department of sports, arts and recreation for the role Rosie from a play called The Kaffirs written and directed by Charlie Samson which was produced by the Kwethu Arts company which she is a shareholder in. Sivuyise has also done screen work for Mzansi Magic films such as Korobela,Mjolo ke scam, Moto waka and Ngisak’khumbula. 

She is an artist from the core of her soul. She loves that she can be able to reach so much people with the arts and the power it has to educate, make people feel, heal,encourage and express themselves.
